Rapha family wellness center, provides virtual medical consultations with licensed healthcare providers. Our services include, but are not limited to, telemedicine consultations, prescription services, and medical advice. We do not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or visit a hospital.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your use of the Services and must supervise any consultations.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using our Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Rapha family wellness center, or any of its healthcare providers. The relationship is established only after a consultation and agreement for care has been made.

5. Prescription Services

Rapha family wellness center, providers may prescribe medications based on a consultation, but there is no guarantee that a prescription will be provided. All prescriptions are subject to the healthcare provider’s clinical judgment. Prescription services may not be available in certain locations due to legal restrictions.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee. Rapha family wellness center, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for any reason, and we will provide notice as soon as possible in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapha family wellness center, and its affiliates, healthcare providers, and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in content, any delay or inability to use the Services, or any harm resulting from accessing healthcare services virtually.
